Delivery Timeframes

Where provided, every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of quoted delivery timeframes.

Nonetheless these remain estimates only and may vary due to factors outside seller's / transport carrier's control.

Taxes / Tariffs

Popup Toy Shops charges are inclusive of Australian GST.

Popup Toy Shops charges do not include taxes or tariffs levied outside of Australia.

The customer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs imposed on their Popup Toy Shops order in the destination country.

Returns Policy

Popup Toy Shops accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Except in the case of faulty products, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Returned items must be in original condition and in sealed packaging. Faulty products are excluded, subject the following condition:

Please inspect your item prior to breaking seal on packaging. No return will be accepted where:

  • packaging seal has been brocken / item removed from packaging, and
  • fault could be identified without breaking seal / removing item from packaging.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Zero tolerance Policy for Fraud

Popup Toy Shops strive for the hoghest level of customer satisfaction.  We achieve this by:

  • inspecting and caring for our items to deliver them to you in the best possible condition, and
  • standing behind our products and service in the event of fault or other genuine cause for dissatisfaction.
To enable us to offer this standard, we employ a Zero Tolerance policy toward fraud and Returns abuse.
Therefore, in addition to marking of products for identification, we work with our transport carriers to:

  • intercept returned packages / contents that do not match description
  • identify and blacklist fraudelent buyers
  • report fraud to relevant agencies and payment gateways.
